If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your information from the form, including the contact details you provide, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. For sending email notifications and confirmation receipts, we use the service Brevo (see below). We do not share this data without your consent. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR. Data submitted via the contact form will be deleted after your inquiry has been fully processed, unless a business relationship is established — no later than 6 months.
For sending transactional emails (confirmation receipts, notifications) we use the service Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH, Köpenicker Str. 126, 10179 Berlin, Germany). Your name and email address are transmitted to Brevo insofar as this is necessary for sending the email. Brevo processes data exclusively within the EU. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (contract fulfillment). A data processing agreement (DPA) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Brevo. This website uses the fonts DM Sans and DM Serif Display. The fonts are hosted locally on the server — no connection to Google servers is made.
